My Approach
I begin each encounter with active listening. Listening to you, and for the possibility that lives inside each share. I practice from Buddhist precepts, non harming, truthful communication, and a commitment to cultivating and encouraging awakening to newness through understanding and compassion. Together we create an action plan focused on clarity, adaptability, honoring what is important to you, and/or your community.
